Login to your Consumer Account. After signing in, go to the "My Account" tab at the top. Use the "Update My Account Info" button at the bottom of the screen.
You can change your first and last name, password, display name, phone number and postal code. Your Local BBB may also change if you change your postal or zip code.
Please note that the email address is not editable in the portal. Please create a new account if you want to use another email address.
